Even more intense with its robust chocolate, it is in honor of the Caracas ganache with the same name, and it stands up to the iconic crunchiness of a petit rocher. With its chocolate tones, its milk chocolate crémeux 46% highlighted with silky dark chocolate mousse 64%, pure origin Dominican Republic, offer the much-awaited chocolate flavors. Not forgetting the layer of almond praliné and the almond cocoa cake, and crumble cacao on both sides that celebrate crunchiness and creaminess.

Tasting

We advise you to keep your Christmas bûche in its original packaging in your refrigerator.

Remove the Christmas bûche 10 minutes before tasting it.
