Our Chef Nicolas Cloiseau redefines the chocolate experience with the Initiation Givrée box, specially designed for the winter season. Two new seasonal recipes with fruity notes make their debut. Allow yourself to be tempted by a unique tasting: by freezing these ganache cubes, you will find that the flavors intensify with the cold. The Givrée Initiations can also be enjoyed at room temperature, for an equally exquisite experience.

 

Available from October 15 in shops and on our online shop for home delivery anywhere in France, courier delivery to Paris and the suburbs and pick-up in the shop of your choice.

Two new seasonal recipes:

  • Pineapple-Tarragon: 46% milk chocolate mousse ganache with pineapple and tarragon, coated in dark chocolate.
  • Mandarin-Cinnamon Button: 70% dark chocolate mousse ganache with mandarin and cinnamon button, subtly coated in dark chocolate.

Two signature recipes:

  • Double Vanilla: 70% dark chocolate mousse ganache with vanilla pods from Madagascar and Papua New Guinea, all coated in dark chocolate.
  • Caramel with Sea Salt: 36% milk chocolate and 41% milk chocolate mousse ganache with sea salt caramel, delicately coated in milk chocolate.
