In this world where chocolate blends with natural beauty, every egg becomes a treasure to be discovered. THE SECRET GARDEN EGG
In the heart of Nicolas Cloiseau's secret garden, lush chocolate nature flourishes. Its giant egg reveals the delicate nature of the first fruits of spring.In an infinite movement, he gives chocolate all the finesse and transparency we know it for. Its hand-stitched chocolate, overflowing with brilliance, bends to the art of detail and flatters the coming spring with panache.
Unique artistic piece entirely in chocolate, handmade, requiring a week of work by our chocolatiers, signed Nicolas Cloiseau and published in 10 copies. Assembled around a central egg of 56% dark chocolate with 6500 perforations, containing a second egg of 33% ivory chocolate, containing fried almond, caramelized almond and vanilla praline in dark and milk versions.

THE DAISY EGG
At Easter, Nicolas Cloiseau tells the taste of chocolate and craftsmanship in the most joyful and gourmet way possible. Here, his Pâquerette egg meets the cream of the House's know-how. Entirely hand-moulded in successive layers of chocolate and dried fruit, this shimmering half-shell of faceted chocolate conceals a centimeter of pure indulgence.

The Easter Mouldings
This year, the Easter collection marks a real revival with a redesigned and moulds with completely revisited shapes bringing a touch of freshness and innovation. Between modernity and tradition, these casts with The faceted appearance imbued with contemporary lines, reminds us of the House's iconic boxes with their own grain.


THE MAISON EGGS
The dark chocolate of the moulds offers very cocoa notes on the palate without bitterness and subtly develops notes of dried fruit, not very toasted. Coverage, 56% and 70%.
Milk chocolate offers a very soft cocoa, low in sugar and develops very regressive milky and biscuity aromas. Coverage: 37%, cocoa blend (Origins: Ghana and Ecuador)

THE UNHINGED EGGS
Entirely hand-moulded in successive layers of chocolate and dried fruit, their textured puff pastry maintains a taste and sensation that accumulates pleasures. Because here, under their demure and smooth chocolate shell, it is a centimeter of pure greed that twists the sensations. In a milky version, bite into the milk chocolate shell, lined with melting blond chocolate sprinkled with irresistible caramelized pecan slivers. On the cocoa side, we love the dark chocolate, masked with milk and buried in hazelnut chips.

Because Easter is all about egg hunts and delicacies, let's start with the basics: sweets. The packaging is in an eco-designed spirit, all in fully recyclable cardboard. Like a "boiled egg" to be peeled, the Shell Egg reminds us of the greed of simple pleasures.
