Chez Maison du Chocolat, there isn’t just “one” but “many” pralinés that are part and parcel of the signature Maison taste. We love their pronounced intense notes of nuts, simply irresistible. The Pistachio Eclair honors this rule. First, the incredible sensation of velvety pastry cream with pistachio praliné with the lovely flavor of roasted pistachios. With its subtle play on textures, the ivory chocolate glaze with a paste of pistachios, scattered with pieces of chopped pistachios present throughout the degustation, gives the gourmand finish that all fans of pistachios have been waiting for.

Savoir-Faire and craftsmanship

The Pistachio Eclair celebrates the pistachio with all its flavors. Intense and gourmand, the flavor of nuts is present all during the degustation in order not to lose its intensity. Instead of the traditional infusion in the cream, it is the almond-pistachio praliné that gives the intense flavor of roasted pistachios in the pastry cream. Decorations also play a key role in the degustation. It is the gentle notes of pistachio paste that add flavor to the ivory chocolate glaze. Lastly the morsels of chopped pistachios, set by hand on the éclair, remind us of the crunchiness of the nuts.
