With its ear perked up for better nibbling, our Large Easter Dark Chocolate Rabbit Moulding with a new faceted silhouette hides small easter chocolate figurines in its wobbly belly: a joyful catch of praline almond shells with caramelized almonds and particularly addictive vanilla notes. We love this new Maison wobbly mold that invites us to taste its new chocolate elegance and offers all the facets of chocolate to bite into.
Enjoy our chocolates at room temperature of 20°C. Pair your tasting with mineral water to allow the chocolate flavors to fully express themselves. You can store our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C) in their original packaging, or in the bottom compartment of your refrigerator after protecting your box in a paper or plastic bag (in the latter case, take the chocolates out 30 minutes before enjoying them).
Molded with successive layers of chocolate, carefully trimmed and polished by hand with a silk brush, the Easter Bunny is crafted in full respect of traditional techniques and expertise. Made with half-shells hot-sealed together, it is accompanied by delicious praliné chocolates (56% dark or 37% milk). Once the chocolate has crystallized, each detail is perfected by hand, polished for a bright chocolate finish, and carefully packaged in a 100% recyclable cardboard box, made in France, and shippable anywhere.
