BUCHE ABSOLUTELY GIFT (2022 exceptional buche)

Under its gift wrap in chocolate, the Absolutely Gift Buche hides its game very well. This year the most gourmand of gifts will be exchanged at the dinner table. The starting point is always chocolate, and the Absolutely Gift Buche pairs salted caramel and a pecan praliné for a nostalgic delight. The intensity and round flavor of the chocolate mousse pure origin Cameroon 71% is in contrast with the fluid intense notes of caramel which slides over pieces of pecan praliné. Some pecans enrobed in milk chocolate tie it all together on a layer of brownie with caramelized pecans. You will melt, indulge and almost forget to exchange gifts.

MARACUJA BUCHE (2022 traditional buche)

Crisp, light and exotic describe this Maracuja Buche recipe that celebrates the popular pairing of passionfruit and chocolate. Known for its intensity, it pays tribute to the iconic Maracuja ganache with the same name.  In its center, fruit is expressed in four ways: passionfruit crémeux adds sweet acidulous notes, intense dark chocolate with passionfruit struts its flavor, the chocolate mousse distills the particularly acidulous cocoa tones of a pure origin chocolate from Brazil 55%.  The moist almond coconut cake encloses it all for the perfect tasting.

Calling all aficionados of gourmand chocolate, the new recipe of the Caracas Buche  is just for you. Even more intense with its robust chocolate, it is in honor of the Caracas ganache with the same name, and it stands up to the iconic crunchiness of a petit rocher. With its chocolate tones, its milk chocolate crémeux 46% highlighted with silky dark chocolate mousse 64%, pure origin Dominican Republic, offer the much-awaited chocolate flavors. Not forgetting the layer of almond praliné and the almond cocoa cake, and crumble cacao on both sides that celebrate crunchiness and creaminess.

FIGARO BUCHE (2022 traditional buche)

If you are a fan of pralinés, the new recipe of our Buche Figaro is just for you.  At la Maison du Chocolat there isn’t one but many signature Maison praliné recipes that pair the incomparable intense flavor of nuts. Halfway between Cristal and Figaro milk, this buche recipe reunites three “praliné” sensations: light airy praliné mousse with intense taste, crunchy praliné accented with fleur de sel and the luscious cream of a silky praliné. Everything is on an almond cake with roasted pieces of almonds in contrast with a symphony of crunchy nuts.  A gourmand marriage revealing the elegance of pralinés in all their forms with the best interpretations.
