A 36% milk chocolate or 66% dark chocolate shape? The first too childish? The second too grown-up? Dark or milk is a subject has sparked debate for what seems like forever! With the aim of throwing dark chocolate lovers off their guard, Rober Linxe, founder of La Maison du Chocolat, came up with a milk chocolate that was decidedly more grown-up, less candy-like, with a racy, elegant taste bursting with character. And as for giving youngsters dark chocolate, this version’s distinctive cocoa notes are anything but bitter and reveal fresh, indulgent notes of red fruit. Age doesn’t come into it – both versions will be cherished by chocolate-lovers big and small!
