Our chocolates are best appreciated at room temperature. We advise that you cut your chocolate in two and let it melt in the mouth to allow time for the flavors to develop. When you are tasting several chocolates, it is best to start with a plain chocolate, then move on to flavored varieties: first those with fruits, then spices, then alcohol.
A 36% milk chocolate or 66% dark chocolate shape? The first too childish? The second too grown-up? Dark or milk is a subject has sparked debate for what seems like forever! With the aim of throwing dark chocolate lovers off their guard, Rober Linxe, founder of La Maison du Chocolat, came up with a milk chocolate that was decidedly more grown-up, less candy-like, with a racy, elegant taste bursting with character. And as for giving youngsters dark chocolate, this version’s distinctive cocoa notes are anything but bitter and reveal fresh, indulgent notes of red fruit.
