Combining subtle flavors, this elegant dessert is as delicious as it is perfectly balanced. Expert chocolatier Nicolas Cloiseau has created this Praliné dessert, featuring crisp biscuit made with caramelized hazelnuts, a smooth praliné made with wafer biscuit, a thin layer of chocolate ganache, and a beautifully light pralinés mousse. Every mouthful of this incredible dessert carefully combines these flavors and textures for the ultimate gourmet experience. La Maison du Chocolat's artisans have decorated the Praliné dessert with a dark chocolate disc and three crunchy hazelnuts for a stunningly elegant look. This dessert is available in several sizes, from individual portions to desserts for 4 to 6 and even 10 to 12 people: there's something for everyone!
