A Parisian mocha éclair infused with Ethiopian coffee is a sophisticated pastry that marries French elegance with exotic flavors. This delightful treat features a light and airy choux pastry shell, filled with a creamy dark chocolate custard infused with the rich and aromatic notes of Ethiopian coffee. The éclair is topped with a smooth coffee glaze, enhancing its coffee essence. Perfectly balanced in sweetness and bitterness, this dessert offers a unique and indulgent experience for coffee and pastry lovers alike.

Maison Éclairs are handcrafted each morning in small batches at our Madison Boutique, located in the Upper East Side.

*Please note, pastry orders must be placed 48 hours in advance for in-store pickup. Select pastries are unavailable for messenger or home delivery services.

  • Once received, consume within 1 days
  • In order to fully savor your pastry, keep it in the refrigerator and take it out 15 minutes prior.

Tasting

Enjoy our éclairs at a room temperature of 20°C (~68°F) the same day of purchase. If refrigerated, remove the éclairs 15 minutes prior to serving.
