our creations...

Entirely hand-moulded in successive layers of chocolate and dried fruit,their textured puff pastry maintains a taste and sensation that accumulates pleasures.

Lined with dark chocolate sprinkled with irresistible caramelized pecan slivers. On the cocoa side, we love the dark chocolate, masked with milk and buried in hazelnut chips.

Tasting

Enjoy our chocolates at a room temperature of 20°C (68°F). We recommend storing our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C or 64°F) in their original packaging, or alternatively in the drawer in the bottom of your refrigerator, after having protected them in an airtight bag (if refrigerated, remove the chocolates 30 minutes before tasting).
