Entirely hand-moulded in successive layers of chocolate and dried fruit, this shimmering half-shell of faceted chocolate conceals a centimeter of pure indulgence.

Half an egg of dark chocolate lined with milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut chips, closed with a velvety ivory chocolate slab decorated with daisies and covered with a slab of wrought dark chocolate. Garnished with almond praline shells, caramelized almond and vanilla, dark chocolate

Tasting

Enjoy our chocolates at a room temperature of 20°C (68°F). We recommend storing our chocolates in a cool, dry place (18°C or 64°F) in their original packaging, or alternatively in the drawer in the bottom of your refrigerator, after having protected them in an airtight bag (if refrigerated, remove the chocolates 30 minutes before tasting).
