Against a backdrop of almonds and hazelnuts, INSOLITE Curry by Nicolas Cloiseau captures the enchanting nuances of a praline with spicy, rounded, and slightly tangy notes of Madras Curry. This famous Indian spice blend, directly ground into cocoa butter and incorporated into caramelized nuts, colors our taste buds with a shimmering sensation of warm, crunchy, and spicy fruits.
