For the second edition of his ALCHIMIE collection, Nicolas Cloiseau continues his idea of capturing the flavors of spirits in chocolate, without alcohol. His ALCHIMIE GIN chocolate bar captures the aromatic essence of the 19 botanicals that infuse Gin before distillation. These botanicals include juniper berries and the 18 other spices, berries, and citrus fruits that infuse Citadelle gin. Delivered fresh, reduced to a paste, and combined with the spicy temperament of Grenada island cacao. The bar brings together an unparalleled aromatic richness: chocolate with the great taste of Gin, without Gin and without alcohol (traces 0.5%).
Enjoy our chocolate at a room temperature of 20°C, accompany your tasting with mineral water to allow the flavors of the chocolate to best express themselves. We recommend storing our chocolate in a dry, cool environment (18°C) in their original packaging. If refrigerated, please bring the chocolate to room temperature for approximately 30 minutes prior to serving.
